Want to make the best sausage gravy for biscuits that isn't only super delicious but also easy? In this episode, Hoff shows you how to make the most luxuriously thick and rich gravy with a little spicy kick from his Hoff Sauce. Get ready for brunch heaven!
1 pound ground pork sausage
2 tablespoons butter
⅓ cup flour
2 cups whole milk
1 cup half and half
1-2 tablespoons Hoff Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked.

Add the butter and stir till melted. Sprinkle the flour over the sausage and stir for 2 minutes or until flour is fully toasted.

Pour milk into the sausage and flour mixture slowly, whisking constantly until smooth then add half and half and continue whisking. Add in Hoff Sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over my ultra flaky buttermilk biscuits topped with more Hoff Sauce!
