Chuckwagon Chili Dogs With Hot Curry Coleslaw

Get ready for fall and football season by making the ULTIMATE chili dog layered with incredible spicy flavors and textures! Hoff uses his Chuckwagon Chili Powder to make the perfect hot dog chili then uses his Mean Green Hot Sauce to make his hot curry coleslaw which is the perfect topping for a spicy chili dog.
1 pound ground beef
½ cup beef stock
½ cup tomato sauce
½ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Hoff’s Chuckwagon Chili Powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste

Place ground beef in a large saucepan with beef stock and mash the beef with a large fork or potato masher to break apart.

Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, chili powder,onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.

Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until the chili has thickened slightly and the beef is fully cooked, about 20 minutes. Add salt to taste.

Top your hot dogs with the chili along with Curry Coleslaw (Recipe below).

¼ cup minced onion
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon celery salt
2 teaspoons curry powder
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ cup whole milk
¼ cup buttermilk
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1-2 tablespoons Hoff’s Mean Green hot sauce

Combine the coleslaw mix and onion in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl combine the rest of the ingredients and whisk to combine. Pour mixture over the coleslaw and onion and stir well.

Chill for at least an hour (4 hours or more is best)
