Perfect blend of heat, smoke and flavor!

We stayed in an AirBnB in Chattanooga and the host provided a welcome basket with a few local products (Bottle of wine, moon pies, and a small bottle of HOFF SAUCE HOT SAUCE). I brought it home and tried it out and was blown away at how tasty it was. Next thing I know I've got $50+ worth of hot sauce and BBQ sauce heading my way. I really enjoy the balance of heat with flavor as many hot sauces just want to hurt you, or are too sweet. This is so good on just about anything, but really brings something special to eggs and black beans and rice. Excited to try the BBQ sauce when I smoke a boston butt next week. Shipping was fast and packaging could have weathered a Earthquanadocane. Well done Hoff and Pepper! You knocked it out of the park!
