1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Hoff's Smoken Ghost Hot Sauce

2 tablespoons chopped chives

DIRECTIONS:

1:
Place eggs in a pot and fill with cold water 1 inch above the eggs. To make them easier to peel, add salt and vinegar.

2:
Bring them to a rolling boil and set a timer for 10 minutes.

3:
After 10 minutes, remove the eggs from the pot and place them in an ice bath.

4:
While the eggs are chilling, fry the bacon until crispy.

5:
Chop bacon into large pieces and set aside.

6:
Peel eggs under running water and cut in half, removing the yolks and putting them in a mixing bowl.

7:
Add ranch dressing, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, Hoff's Smoken Ghost Hot Sauce to the same bowl, and whip until desired consistency.

8:
Fill the egg yolk halves with a spoon or piping bag.

Garnish with a small piece of bacon and chives.
