4 Pork Chops
½ cup olive oil + 2 tbls
½ cup vinegar
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbls soy sauce
2 tbls brown sugar
1 tbls Worcestershire sauce
1 tbls brown or regular mustard
2 tbls Hoff’s Smoken Ghost hot sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix 1/2 cup olive oil, vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, mustard, and Hoff's Smoken' Ghost hot sauce in a 1 gallon resealable plastic bag. Add pork chops and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Get a cast iron skillet or saute pan going on medium heat and when hot, pour in oil and add pork chops.

Cook for 5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees.

Let rest for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste
2 pounds potatoes, chopped to around 1 inch
¼ cup olive oil

1 Tbls fresh minced or dried rosemary

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together and put in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes then pull the potatoes out and flip them over with a spatula and pan to coat with olive oil.

Put back in oven and cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are crispy on the outside and done on the inside.
