¼ cup olive oil

2 tablespoons sesame oil

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons Hoff Sauce hot sauce

4 cloves minced garlic

¼ cup Hoff’s Smoken Ghost Ketchup

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon sugar

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

6 wooden skewers, soaked in water


Grab a bowl and whisk together the olive oil, sesame oil, parsley, Hoff Sauce, garlic, Smoken Ghost Ketchup, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Keep about 1/3 of this flavorful marinade for later when we're grilling.

Toss the shrimp in a big ol' resealable plastic bag, pour in the marinade we just made, seal the bag, and let it chill in the fridge for a couple of hours.

When you're ready to grill, get that fire nice and hot. Take each shrimp and thread 'em onto the skewers, once near the tail and once near the head. Throw out the marinade in the bag.

Oil up your grill grate. You don't want your shrimp sticking. Grill the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side until they turn a nice opaque color. While you're doing that, baste 'em frequently with the marinade you set aside earlier.
