I discovered Smoken Ghost on a visit to Chattanooga TN a few years ago at a gourmet meat market. Since then it’s been my go-to hot saunas for tacos, burritos, fajitas, taco salads, enchiladas, you name it. I tend to niche my hot sauces for different cuisines. I may have to try it with something else. But I absolutely love it and it is indeed VERY spicy, bold, and flavofull so use it in moderation.
