1 pound ground pork sausage, at room temperature

2 cups biscuit baking mix

1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

2 to 4 tablespoons Hoff’s Wake Up Call hot sauce

¼ cup Hoff’s Original BBQ sauce (optional, for dipping)


Start off by preheating your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). This will get your oven ready for the magic that’s about to happen.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the room-temperature sausage with the biscuit mix, smoked paprika, garlic powder, Hoff’s Wake Up Call hot sauce, and worcestershire sauce. Get your hands in there and mix it well. You want all those flavors to become best friends.

Add in the shredded cheese and mix it until everything is nicely blended.

Shape this spicy, cheesy goodness into walnut-sized balls – you should get about 30 of them. Place them on a baking sheet, giving them some room to breathe.

Pop them into the oven and bake until they're golden brown and the sausage is cooked perfectly, about 20 to 30 minutes.

Serve these bad boys up with a side of Hoff’s Original BBQ Sauce for dipping. It’s optional, but highly recommended for that extra flavor hit.
